The Dhauladhar mountain range, literally meaning “the white range” stands majestic and is a prominent vista in Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh). It rises from the plains to the north of Kangra and Mandi.
We were traveling back from Kangra Fort (Also Read: Kangra fort, through the alleys of history), when I got a clear view of the mountains from a village along the way. Sight to behold and I took this photo in the spur of the moment.
